Eng. Athanasios Tseremegklis leaves for Greece on a vacation. His projects have been currently handed over to Eng. Abdulla and Mr. George Salameh.

Tseremegklis has been part of LC Lusail Consultants since the October of 2021, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. He has over thirty (30) years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Industrial Projects and has been a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 1989.

Eng. Dionisio A. Corre, Jr. has been employed to LC Lusail Consultants as a Civil Engineer.

Corre has over 25 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and is a licensed MMUP Grade ‘A’ Civil Engineer in Qatar. He is also a registered geodetic engineer in the Philippines. Corre is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and the Overseas Filipino Civil Engineer’s Association (OFCEA-Dubai).

The construction works start at the accommodation building at FTC Qatar.

The 27,000sqm multi-user contract logistics facility, in the Ras Bu Fontas Zone celebrated its soft opening ceremony this Wednesday, November 02, 2022. The ceremony was attended by officials and members from the QFZ, GAC, IB+LS, LC Lusail Consultants, Al Safwa and guests.

The warehouse built from sustainable materials is partly fueled by solar power, has several energy saving features and uses recycled water in its operations.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), food and beverage (F&B), fashion, sports, energy, aerospace, and healthcare are just a few of the important industries the warehouse will serve. To enable cold chain operations, it will maintain temperatures between -18°C and +22°C. It will also have specific mezzanine levels for Value-Added Service activities including component assembly, repacking, and labeling to improve clients' supply chains.

The Civil Defense visited the GAC logistics facility, in the Ras Bu Fontas Zone for the QCDD Inspection. The inspection was successfully carried out.

Sheikh Saud Villa (on a 24 months construction project) begin its excavation works.

The project has been completed and is currently in operation.

The warehouse basement, accommodation building structure frame, and substation has been completed.

LC Lusail Consultants has shared in the strengthening of the GMS network for the FIFA World Cup by completing the Vodaphone Telecom Towers (432 nos. Building Permits and 70 nos. Building Completion Certificates). The towers were of three types; Monopole, Self-Support Tower and Beautification.

Screeding of the roof at the P144 Emar Residential Building at Al Wakrah, Qatar was performed at site today as the project nears completion.

Saudia Hypermarket, one of Qatar's leading retail chains, has expanded its footprint in the country with the opening of its 11th branch in Al Aziziyah. The new branch, located near the Al Barakah Street and Furousiya Road, opposite Al Noor Petrol Station, was inaugurated on Thursday, October 27th, 2022, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
