Construction Supervision
- LC provides fulltime and periodical construction supervision services for the projects designed by LC or by others covering the listed tasks:
- Conduct site visits to check that the works are being carried out in accordance with the Contract Documents and design intent.
- Provide normal clarification of design matters related to the original design.
- Review the submissions of shop drawings and installation drawings for compliance with design intent.
- Review the material samples.
- Review testing and commissioning reports and spot check the results.
- Witnessing of testing and commissioning.
- Provide list of defects at handing over of the works.
- Review technical training materials.
- Provide final recommendations that the works be accepted as installed before final payment is certified.
- Ensure that the client will be provided with:- Approval of Contractor’s submissions Defects List - Final Testing Reports of equipment.
